The Ukrainian football master Dynamo Kyiv plans a number of friendly matches against high-profile international opponents to collect money for its war-drawn country.
As the former European Cokal winner announced on Friday, ranges between April and June parts among others against Borussia Dortmund, FC Barcelona, Paris St. Germain, AC Milan, Ajax Amsterdam and Benfica Lisbon.
The aim of the games under the motto “Match for Peace! Stop the was!” (“Game for peace! Finish the war!”) Be it “to inform the international community about the terrible war in Ukraine and to collect means to support the Ukrainians who suffer from the war with the Russian aggressor”.
The Ukrainian championship was not resumed after the winter break due to the Russian invasion began in the country on 24 February.
